Hi,

I have been given a Zyxel NR7101 where somebody appears to have flashed a wrong firmware to the Quectel modem. The current version is “RG502QEAACR13A02M4G_ZYXEL”.

Would it be possible to provide me with a non-partial firmware update file, so I can reset the modem to a known state?

The replacement device I have has a firmware version of “RG502QEAAAR11A03M4G”, which is what I would be trying to get to.

P.S.: I am writing to you here, since due to the SLA from the vendor, there is no support provided for this device and Zyxel also does not provide any as it would be the vendors responsibility. I am trying to fix it to save it from going to the dump.
