Please contact with your provider to get the firmware.

@silvia The last time I asked in this thread for a firmware update, I was sent a file called RM520NGLAAR01A06M4G_12.001.12.001.zip on 3/9/23 It was directly from a quectel support member. Unless they gave me a customized firmware, it should not be customized.
