I am using a Quectel RM502Q-GL modem and need to update the firmware to the latest version
Here are the details of my device:

Model: RM502Q-GL Q1-A6360 AA RM502QGLAA-M20-CASA
Current Firmware Version: RM502QGLAAR05A03M4G_01.002.01.002
I kindly request:

  1. The updated firmware file.
  2. The tool/driver/software(Windows/Linux) required to perform the upgrade.
  3. Any additional instructions to safely complete the process.

For RM502Q, there is no newer firmware now.

What is your problem? What did you mean of the current firmware the modem is unusable?

RM502QGLAA-M20-CASA=> This is a customized for CASA, we can’t share the firmware to you directly.
