Firmware package for RUTX50

Not sure if I’m asking in the right subforum. My firmware update failed and the modem of my RUTX50 from Teltonika is now not properly recognized. I read I need to obtain a firmware package. Where can I obtain this? version installed was: RG501QEUAAR12A11M4G_04.200.04.200

Thanks Herbert! Curious did you flash this by any means on the RUTX? I am trying to compile qflash or FireHose to work on RUTOS.
