Hi there, I have the RM502Q-AE as well. I read that the R11A02 version is better for T-Mobile, and I’ve had a terrible time with signal on their network. Can you please send that to my email? Has there been any improvements since that release? Also, I would need the flash utility. I have mine in the case from thewirelesshaven.com and can attach to a mac if that helps.
