Please contact with your operator. Not module.
The thing is that it was working fine on the same operator before updating and the sim doesn’t have a pin from what I understand ph-net pin/puk is carrier lock which wasn’t there before the update

Module doesn’t lock the SIM card, please check your device or contact with operator.
the sim card isn’t lock as I used it with other phones no problem from what I read it need an mck and nck and since the module wasn’t locked before the firmware update the operator can’t help
