Sir, that is factory defect. If it’s under warranty, exchange it whenever possible. The problem happens because the drivers for usbc is too old and broken and PCI bus is experiencing conflict between devices. If you check using command “lspci” on ssh, you can check no devices for usb or wifi is found. I believe it’s impossible to update the firmware with a router like that. However, it is possible to connect with Ethernet and have access to internet.
