We are troubled with a scenario where our device used with EG91EX modem is facing delays (1-5 minutes) in receiving the commands published by the MQTT broker. The delay is not consistent and at times the command is received within a second also. The device is connected to broker using a private APN 4G SIM card. We have checked all the MQTT parameters and configurations but unable to find the reason. We tried swapping the chipset also with EG915U-EU but the problem persists. Request for urgent support here as our project is in a critical stage
