We have devices that use the EG06-E module.
The units will be connected to the LTE network and operating fine for many months. Then the network operator does something (upgrades to their network?) and our service type will change to “No service”.
The module will then repeatedly emit the unsolicited message “ESM ERROR: 1,33”, and will never reconnect to the network. However after rebooting the system, connection will be successful.
I’m wanting to know what “ESM ERROR: 1,33” means, under what conditions it occurs, and what actions I can take to restore service (without rebooting the system) when this condition arises.
