EM060K-GL installed in Windows does not connect to ATT

I purchased a EM060K-GL from amazon, and I installed it in my handled pc
Running windows 11 home
Drivers and firmware are up to date
I’m trying to use a sim from AT&T but it does not connect with a no service message

I was able to get QCOM and I tried some AT command, but I don’t know what I’m doing.
Can I get some help understand how to connect to the network.
