EG95, traffic stop by cell operator, best way to request traffic restore/refresh

Hello,

I am testing the EG95 module, continously transferring data over LTE network.
The past night I experimented a traffic stop of about one hour and an half.
The modem seems OK (cell is connected properly), the only modem data that seems related to traffic stop is the "local address and subnet mask, coming from CGCONTRDP command: I see that starting from the moment in which that address changes and till the old (“working”) address has been restored, the traffic is OFF (AT+QGDCNT command shows very little data activity to and from the cell).
Sometimes I experience similar problem with my smartphone: the device seems connected to internet but no traffic. In that case I turn on and off aero mode and the internet connection is restored. I need the right command to do the same on EG95, but the smoothest possible way. If possible, I would like only to say to the cell..refresh my connection, without disconnecting (I am transferring data and closing connection means restart data transfer from the beginning..).
Thanks in advance for your support.

Best regards,
Alex

PS:
what about ..
AT+cfun=4 (airplane mode ON) … 1 second .. AT+cfun=1 (airplane mode OFF)
..?
Do you see problems using this method? Technically speaking seems to work, however maybe it is not the right way, the best way..

Dear @agiuliani ,

Good day to you.

Thank You for reaching out to us.

Yes, regarding your current issue, it is absolutely correct to use AT+CFUN=4 to disable the RF, and then execute AT+CFUN=` to restore the module to full functionality.

Please let us know if you face difficulty implementing this method.

Thank you and Have a Great Day!
