We are troubled with a scenario where our device used with EG91U modem is having delays (1-5 minutes) in receiving the commands published by the MQTT broker. The device is connected to broker using a private APN 4G SIM card. We have checked all the MQTT parameters and configurations but unable to find the reason. We tried swapping the chipset also with EG91 but the problem persists. Request for urgent support here as our project is in a critical stage
