EG91/EG95 and EG915 is not the same one.

EG915U and EG915N is not the same chipset and they are working with different windows driver.
For EG915U please use the

Quectel_Windows_USB_Driver(U)_V1.0_EN

For EG915N please try the

https://www.quectel.com/download/quectel_windows_usb_drivera_customer_v1-0_en/
