The module which I am using is:
Quectel
EG915N
Revision: EG915NEUAPR03A04M16

How can I use GNSS?

516 means not fix.
It takes some time until gnss fix.
If it still not fix, please try send the AT
AT+QGPSPOWER=1
If it still not fix, please check the GNSS antenna.
The GNSS antenna reciever should be placed outdoor.

I apologize for the late reply.
I tried the command you gave but the module returned “error”.
When I examined the “ECx00x&EG800K&EG810M&EG91xN&EG950A Series AT Commands Manual”, I did not see this command. I connect the “YCGO011AA” antenna to the module externally. You can see my antenna connection in the picture below.

 AT+QGPSPOWER=1

AT+QGPSPOWER=1
ERROR

Could you take a picture of the antenna? Is it a passive antenna.

I’m using this antenna.

The device should be placed outdoor.
The GNSS cannot fix indoor.

I did the GPS test for 10 minutes outside in an open area, but the results always came back as 0.

Do you have any other suggestions?

Have you tested the same location with other devices? I’m still mostly suspicious of the antenna.

I bought a different passive antenna and it worked fine. The problem was the antenna itself. Thank you for your help @Bean.Wang-Q .

Glad to hear that!
Thanks for the feedback.
