EG25 reboots into broken QHSUSB__BULK mode

Since it go to this mode, then you can run the QLog

QLog -s dump

There will be dump log in the folder dump.

It creates another folder in the folder dump, but there it’s empty…

Hi, this is still not resolved. What is the next step?
How can I get a working dump? Or in another way exit the broken QHSUSB__BULK mode?

To explore the possibility that it’s a damaged module, I’ve now obtained a second module, same model, same FW version.

But exactly the same thing happens.
