freezes here, sometimes get returned with code 350; but halted lots of time.
This is an invalid default message centre address (way too many digits for a start). That may or may not be causing problems.
Your PDU is well formed, and shouldn’t be causing problems as long as the message centre address it contains (+821080010585) is correct.
