EC25-E minipcie modem changed from QMI mode to usbnet mode across reboot

Sometime EC25-E minipci modem QMI mode is automatically changed to usbnet mode across reboot. because of this modem is not function properly.. IS there any solution to set the EC25-E modem to QMI permanent method OR is there any latest firmware available for this EC25-E minipcie module.

Current Firmware version which i am having is:

This command needs to be powered off and restarted to take effect. You can set usbnet first, and then use the command AT+CFUN=1,1 to power off and restart to save the Settings.
