Hi,

I would like to follow up on my issue with IMS not registering on Orange France network.

After further investigation, I believe the root cause is that the NON-HLOS.ubi in my current firmware (EC25EFAR06A21M4G_20.302.20.302) does not contain the mcfg/configs folder with the MBN files needed for IMS registration.

Could you please provide a version of the EC25-E-FA firmware that includes the mcfg_sw MBN files (including Orange France) in the NON-HLOS.ubi? I understand that some EC25-E-FA firmware builds include these MBN files and others do not.

Module details:

  • Module: EC25-E
  • Firmware: EC25EFAR06A21M4G (20.302.20.302)
  • SIM operator: Orange France
  • Issue: AT+QCFG=“ims” returns 1,0 (IMS enabled but not registered)
  • AT+QMBNCFG=“list” shows no Orange France MBN profile

The version actually the latest FW version. May i know do you able to use the generic Open Market profile?
