EC21 GPS commands

I have an E25G modem and I am trying to retrieve the lat/long from the GPS module. I am using the following commands:

root@ubuntu:/home/willthio/thio-thing# sudo mmcli -m 0 --command=AT+QGPS
error: command failed: ‘GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.ModemManager1.Error.MobileEquipment.Unknown: Unknown mobile equipment error: 502’
root@ubuntu:/home/willthio/thio-thing# sudo mmcli -m 0 --command=AT+QGPSCFG
error: command failed: ‘GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.ModemManager1.Error.MobileEquipment.Unknown: Unknown mobile equipment error: 502’
root@ubuntu:/home/willthio/thio-thing#

What am i doing wrong?
Thanks,
Will

Does this mean this device EG25G does NOT have a GPS?
