EC21-AUX PCI-E schematic file - SIM components

I have the EC21-AUX PCI-E module (although what I need applies to many PCI-E modules). I want to take advantage of the integrated SIM connector footprint, but I don’t know which components go in the area marked in red. I know they are TVS diodes, capacitors, and resistors, but I would like the exact part numbers of the original models. I would greatly appreciate your help with that, or even better, if you could provide me with the schematic file.
