EC200UCN network registration issues

Hi Quectel Team,

I am working with the EC200U-CN module using QuecOpen on our custom-designed PCB. We are facing a network registration issue and would appreciate your support in identifying the root cause.

Issue Description

• The module is unable to register on the network for Jio SIM.
• Airtel SIM sometimes registers successfully, but at the same location it also fails intermittently.
• Surprisingly, in some cases Airtel even registers without an external LTE antenna, while at other times it does not.
• The same Jio and Airtel SIM cards work normally in a mobile phone.

• what will be the issue with the airtel ?

• Is there any known compatibility issue with Jio on EC200U-CN firmware EC200UCNAAR03A02M08_OCPU?

It seems that JIO only supports IPv6. You can configure the IP type of the APN to be a single IPv6 address and try again.
