Please provide information on EC200UCNAA module RAM size and UFS size

Please execute the AT+QFLDS=“UFS” command to check the UFS memory space.

Thank you for your response. We are using EC200U module in OpenCPU. I am able to check the UFS available size using API “ql_fs_free_size”. The same API to check RAM is not working. Please share the reference document representing the RAM information, to mention in the production document of our device.
