EC200U gsm module powered Down

Hello

I am facing issue with EC200U … after device startup with in some minutes module automatically enters into POWERED DOWN mode. i am unable to recover it from powered down mode unless and until i do the power cycle.

i have application to operate on battery with no power cycle.

Can some one please support to resolve the issue??

This is the overview of EC200U on PCB, The whole PCB is powered by external +12V power supply along with connected 12V battery. The power supply section of this Unit converts +5V and +3.3V supplies to power the Microcontroller and GSM module.
