EC200U-CN enable roaming

Hello,
I have an EC200UCNAA module and the module is registered on the network and I am able to subscribe and publish data through MQTT as well. However, when the module goes to other state I am not able to receive any data. I checked the roaming status and the roaming is not turned on

AT+CREG?
AT+CREG?
+CREG: 0,1

I tried the command AT+QCFG=“roamservice”,2 and the reply is +CME ERROR: Operation not allowed

The details are as follows
Quectel
EC200U
Revision: EC200UCNAAR02A10M08

Is there any way I can turn on the roaming in this module or should I contact the network provider?

Hi ，
Our module has roaming mode enabled by default.
Please confirm with the local operator whether your SIM card supports roaming
