Hello, I just purchased an ec200aeu USB dongle. Data connectivity is fine via USB RNDIS. Immediately after powering on the device and registering on the network, I can still receive some SMS and get them by using AT+CMGL=4. However, after a while, the device can no longer receive SMS and the SMS are stuck in queue until I issue AT+QPOWD=0 to get some messages. Is it a firmware bug or is there any configuration I need to do? Thanks!

Additional note: I am using a VoLTE network. While the device was able to receive SMS, calling that SIM number from another phone produced either a busy tone or the normal call-progress tone. After a while I could no longer reach the number and received a ‘Number is not available’ message. Once that happened, the device could no longer receive SMS.
Could anyone send me the suitable software and tools to upgrade the existing firmware (EC200AEUHAR01A10M16_01.001.01.001), if available? I suspect it might be a firmware problem. Thanks!
