EC200A bootloop "Fail to Write Map table to 0xa16000"

One of my EC200 modems broke after a long period of work. In the system, it appears on the USB bus, but does not respond and then goes into reboot.
I tried to flash it through the qdloader, but it has no effect.
UART logs are collected and attached to the topic.
Looks like memory corruption.
Maybe there are some ways to fix it or the reason why it broke is known. I have many more such modems, I would not like them to break like that. I will be glad of any help.
