Hello Quectel Team,
I am working with an EC200A-AU module mounted on a CC-MCore-EC200AAUAB development board.
Module Information:

Issue Description:
The module powers up correctly, detects the SIM card, reads IMSI and ICCID successfully, and can detect LTE networks. However, it is unable to register on any network operator.
Tests performed:
- Tested with multiple SIM cards from different operators in Argentina:
- Tuenti
- Claro
- Movistar
- All SIM cards work normally in mobile phones.
- LTE antenna connected correctly to the D4G connector.
- Signal levels are detected.
- Module can detect available operators using AT+COPS=?.
- Module never registers to the network.
Typical responses:
AT+CPIN?
+CPIN: READY
AT+CEREG?
+CEREG: 0,0
AT+CGATT?
+CGATT: 0
AT+QENG=“servingcell”
+QENG: “servingcell”,“LIMSRV”,“LTE”,“FDD”,…
AT+QNWINFO
Sometimes reports LTE network information, but registration never succeeds.
Additional observations:
- AT+COPS=? successfully detects available operators.
- Manual operator selection returns CME ERROR.
- CEER reports “0 Unknown”.
- Factory reset (AT&F, AT&W) did not solve the issue.
- Different SIM cards show the same behavior.
Request:
Could you please provide:
- The latest firmware available for EC200A-AU.
- The recommended firmware version for operation in Latin America / Argentina.
- The firmware upgrade tool (QFlash or equivalent).
- The firmware upgrade procedure/documentation.
- Any known issues related to network registration with firmware EC200AAUHAR01A15M16_01.200.01.200.
