EC200 Module not responding couldn't able to communicate via USB

Hi There,
I am Ashok Kumar, I have designed a new IOT board where I used “EC200UCNAC-N05-SNNSA” 4G module.
Problem is I cant able to communicate with this module, through Main UART or through USB. If I check the Debug UART it says “boot fota config size invalid” & "8boot load uart setting error, 8boot uart band set error, change to 115200.

when I try connecting via USB, in device driver unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)

Please support me to solve this issue, I can’t identify where the problem is.

I think it is much easier to send the AT command via Main UART.
From your description, maybe the device has been damaged. Maybe you can flash it.
