EC20 64-Port Modem – Unable to Connect to PC

I recently bought a 64-port EC20 modem, but no PC recognizes it at all. It seems like the input port where the cable connects to the modem is broken, preventing any connection.

I tried taking out the slots from the EC20 and putting them into an M26 case. In this setup, the computer does detect it as an EC20, but there are some bugs making it not work

Would a firmware upgrade help make it work, or is it not possible to use an EC20 in an M26 case? Any advice would be appreciated.

Do you mean the MC20?
EC20 and M26 is not Pin to Pin.
From your description, this is a hardware connection problem.
