Driver for BG96 is not recognized

Hello.

I installed the Quectel LTE&5G Windows USB Driver v2.24.

However, when I connect the BG96,
the only port I can see is USB-SERIAL CH340 ports.

In the process with setup.exe, the installation completed successed.
But the Quectel port is not recognized.

I’m work with windows 11.
How can I solve this problem?

Regard.

I have seen the another topic you posted.
It seems that the USB device is not recognized, it is better to check the USB connection first.
There is not any unkown device in the device manager. So it is not the problem of the Quectel LTE&5G Windows USB Driver v2.24.
Even without any Quectel device driver, you should be able to see something in the Windows device manager.
Are you familar with Ubuntu? Maybe you can try it on Ubuntu. Just make sure it is recognized.

thanks for support.

I’ve tried to install the driver in ubuntu, though I’m not familiar with Ubuntu.
However, I gave a whole device, ZK601, made by Queclink.

So I don’t know about the board’s defconfig file.

I cannot finish the driver installation in Ubuntu.

Thanks.

Queclink is the OEM and it is not Quectel.
On Ubuntu, make sure it is recogized first, you can check the lsusb, just check whether you can see the 2C7C.

Hello

I tried to connect with Ubuntu, but there was not 2C7C in lsusb.
There was a device with 2x7x.

I attached a screenshot.

2x7x is not Quectel product.
It is better to contact with the QuecLink.
