Hi,@andreagiga
Are there any more logs after this? Everything is normal up to this point. The following operation will configure the module into raw IP, and then DHCP will be successful.
Hi

Hi,@andreagiga
I’ve already sent you the latest tool via email. Please try it again using the new tool.
Thanks @leon.bao
I’m using the tool you shared: Quectel_Linux_Android_QMI_WWAN_Driver_V1.2.9.zip
I’ve also tested the sim with another modem that get the IP address from the operator DHCP.
any ideas?
Hi @leon.bao
I saw you shared a link Quectel_QConnectManager_Linux_V1.6.8 via mail but I’m not authorized (although I entered the OTP received via mail).
Regards
Hi,@andreagiga
I have resent via private message. Please check it.
Hi @leon.bao
I’m testing the modem with the new tool you shared. it works for few seconds and then the wwan0_1 go down.

Hi,@andreagiga
It seems that the connection is broken. Please check the USB connection. Additionally, there is a conflict between ModemManager and quectel-CM. Please make sure to disable or uninstall ModemManager when using quectel-CM.
hi @leon.bao
changing the usb port now the connection is stable. I’m facing some problems with bandwidth that seams really poor. using the same Sim card on a another usb modem (iphone in usb tethering same port) is ok.
any suggestion for troubleshooting?
best regards
silvia

Dear @andreagiga
Please confirm these two devices in the same band combination for comparison.
