+CME ERROR when switching PCI

im using RG500Q-EA
Revision: RG500QEAAAR13A01M4G

before this i can lock certain pci for getting fast speed, just recently i cant get to lock any 4G and 5G pci from at command

5G error:
+CME ERROR: 902
4G error
+CME ERROR:904

sometime i can get “fast” pci…but always auto switch to slow pci…
the “fast” and “slow” pci are from the same tower

do i need to reset my module because of the error..?

Is there any modification on base station in your region?
Generally, it is not recommended to lock PCI.
