Hi I have EC200UCN and trying to test the AT command throughDocklight. I have used FTDI cables and connected the TX , RX and GND with the module and cable and powered the module via usb which gives 3.3v. I have setup the baud rate at the default 115200, 8N1. But not getting any response back from the module. Sometimes getting RDY or garbage if I press reset button. I tested the FTDI cable via loopback test it’s working fine.
Please help me on this.

Are you not able send the AT via the uart?
Could you show how you send the AT command.
The AT command we send is AT\r\n . We also tested the request using a digital oscilloscope, which confirmed that the request was sent to the modem; however, the modem is not replying.
Additionally, we are providing 1.8V to the UART using level shifting.
Please do the needful.
