after updating our BG77x to the latest firmware BG770AGLAAR01A08_01.300.01.300 the Transparent mode stopped working correctly.
As you can see from the AT sequence commands given to a Quectel BG77x EVALUATION BOARD, we are trying to send packets of 21 bytes out to an ECHO Server. We set AT+QICFG=“transpktsize”,21 and AT+QICFG=“transwaittm”,1, so each packet should be sent immediately out to the server.
Instead as you can see from the last line of the log, the server receive all the packets together in one go several seconds later (as if they were buffered like in Buffer mode) and reply with one long line.
As further verification, we execute the AT Script on a previous Firmware BG770AGLAAR01A03_01.007.01.007 and the log shows that each packet is sent out immediately as expected.
Attached the 2 logs with older (01_007 - OK) and newer buggy Quectel firmware (01_300_A8 - KO)
