Hi,

I am currently working on a project with BG950AGLAA-N06-SGNSA module. The power on procedure time graph mentioned PWRKEY and PON_TRIG pin.

How to determine if the module has PON_TRIG function or not?

But the doc does not specify how to tell the difference on hardware. The module I am using now is BG950AGLAA-N06-SGNSA, does this suggest PON_TRIG functionality, or if there is a way to tell from serial number?

Firmware version R01 supports PON_TRIG

After fixing some hardware issues, AT+GMR response is “BG950AGLAAR02A01”. R02 means PON_TRIG is not used. I tried to toggle it anyway and there is no difference. So it looks ok to leave it unconnected and the modem can still enter PSM and wake up properly.
