BG95-M3 won't turn ON

Hi,

We have a problem with the latest BG95-M3 module we bought from Mouser in April and May of 2025.

with previous modules from 2024 we don’t seem to see any issues.

The problem with the new modules is that they don’t switch on, or don’t boot up.

The symptoms are as follow:

  1. When we switch the module ON using PwrKey, The STATUS pin keep toggling every 2.5 second. byt never settles at logic high.
  2. VDD_EXT measures 2.4V instead of the expected 1.8V.
  3. No any response for AT command.

We tried RESET sequence on power key, without luck.

Have anybody seen similar behaviour?

This is very critical because we have a a new batch in production.
