BG95-M3 and EG915 Power comparison

I have tried to compare the current consumption between BG95-M3 and EG915U-EU in what I believe could be a real scenario. The purpose is to see which has the lowest consumption. Numbers are from the document EG915U-EU&BG95-M2 Low Power Test Report.
Does this look like real?

And is the RRC connection and release necessary each time comming out of PSM or only at first power up?
