BC660K EPAT tool download, PSM mode function

Hello, i use BC660k module (Olimex dev kit)

When i use AT commands to set PSM to 320h, 0 seconds, i get response as below, it seems like the operator tower responds with 00000000 = 11100000 which confuses the quectel modem.

Can i get the EPAT tool so i can log the network traffic between my devkit and tower? Thanks.
