5G SA Capable SIMs on AT&T and Verizon

I’m using Quectel RM520N-GL and RG255C-GL Modems - I need to connect them to 5G SA AT&T and Verizon in the US (T-Mob is no problem). Can anyone give me any advice on the best way to do this and whether these are considered “devices” by AT&T and Verizon at they carry the IMEI - thanks

Do you check which mbn was activated when insert SIM card?
